Birth to Three

Wisconsin Assistive Technology Initiative received a grant from the Wisconsin Department of Health & Family Services to provide Birth to Three agencies with six literacy kits. We are now making them available to everyone. The six kits include: One, Two What Should We Do?, Big & Little; Counting Bears; If You See a Cow, Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, Find the Puppet. We hope you will find these literacy kits beneficial to the children you serve.

Included are the following for each kit:

• Idea Sheet (PDF format)
• How to Use the Communication Boards (PDF format)
• Letter to Parent (PDF format)
• General Book Reading Board (PDF format)
• Story Board (PDF format)
• Book (PowerPoint format)
(Please note: no book is provided on CD for the If You See a Cow book as this book was purchased and not created by WATI)

Many of these files are in PDF format. To view or print these files you need Adobe Acrobat Reader. We have included a link to download Adobe Acrobat Reader on the individual literacy kit pages.

You may make copies of all materials as needed as long as Wisconsin Assistive Technology Initiative is given credit.
